The
Death Letter Project
As many of you know, the Death Letter Project is a deeply personal endeavour that explores themes of death, dying, mortality, grief, loss, and love through letters and portraits. It has been an incredible journey so far, but I’m now asking for support.
Series Two of The Death Letter Project is in production, but unfortunately, it currently receives no funding. To continue capturing the heartfelt stories and powerful imagery that make this project so impactful, I would really appreciate your help. Your support would assist me with traveling interstate to connect with, and photograph, contributors in diverse geographical locations outside of Gadigal Country (Sydney), in addition to assisting with website and associated administration costs.
Every donation, no matter the size, will make a significant difference in continuing to bring this project to life. Your contribution will not only support the logistics of travel but also ensure that more voices are heard and more stories are shared.
If you’re interested in supporting The Death Letter Project, please click on the MAKE A DONATION link to contribute. Thank you for considering this request and for your continued support of this work. Together, we can continue to honour and explore the profound experiences of those who have shared their stories with us—which ultimately contributes to the re-emergence of death literacy in western culture, one letter at a time.
Yours sincerely,
Tina FiveAsh
